What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain scalable design systems across Webflow, WordPress, Framer, and HubSpot to ensure consistency and speed as brands grow
• Turn Figma designs into polished web pages
• Build clean, responsive pages that look great and work smoothly across devices
• Troubleshoot and fix issues across these platforms
• Create custom themes and templates when needed
• Optimize performance so sites stay fast and lightweight
• Work closely with designers and respond quickly to QA feedback

What You’ll Need:

• Strong experience building production websites in Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or HubSpot
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front end best practices
• Comfort debugging issues and improving existing builds, not just starting from scratch
• Performance mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate closely with designers and take feedback well
